磁混凝沉淀技术将磁分离和絮凝有机结合,充分发挥磁凝聚力和絮凝剂吸附架桥作用,吸附污水中的带电颗粒,形成较大的含磁絮体,从而加速沉淀.以保定市鲁岗污水处理厂为例,研究磁混凝沉淀技术在项目提标改造中的应用,分析磁混凝沉淀池的系统设计、主要构筑物和设备、系统运行效果.经实践验证,磁混凝沉淀池占地面积小,悬浮物(Suspended Solids,SS)与总磷(Total Phosphorus,TP)去除效果明显,该工艺可作为深度处理工艺,用于污水处理厂提标改造.
Application of Magnetic Coagulation Sedimentation Technology in the Upgrading and Renovation of Lugang Sewage Treatment Plant
Magnetic coagulation sedimentation technology effectively combines magnetic separation and flocculation,fully utilizing the magnetic cohesion and flocculant adsorption bridging effect to adsorb charged particles in wastewater,forming larger magnetic flocs and accelerating sedimentation.Taking the Lugang sewage treatment Plant in Baoding city as an example,the application of magnetic coagulation sedimentation technology is investigated in project upgrading and renovation,and the system design,main structures and equipment,and system operation effect of the magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank are analyzed.Through practical verification,the magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank has a small footprint and significant removal effects on Suspended Solids(SS)and Total Phosphorus(TP),which can be used as a deep treatment process for upgrading and renovation of sewage treatment plants.
