Research Progress on Advanced Treatment Technology of Kitchen Wastewater
Kitchen waste is an important environmental issue in China's urban management and an important task that must be strictly regulated.Kitchen waste treatment and resource utilization are the major needs of the country,but as one of the key technologies,kitchen wastewater treatment has not yet formed a mature technical route.Therefore,we summarize the water quality characteristics of food waste wastewater,focus on the research progress of kitchen wastewater deep treatment technology,analyze the current status of the application of membrane technology,coagulation and precipitation,Fenton oxidation,ozone oxidation,electrocatalytic method,etc.,and look forward to the development trend of kitchen wastewater deep treatment technology.
