Experimental Study on the Preparation of High-Volume Fly Ash Autoclaved Aerated Concrete——Taking Hydrogen Peroxide as the Gas Generator
Fly ash is a solid waste generated after coal combustion,if it is disposed of by landfill,it will cause great harm to the environment. In this experiment, the fly ash is used as the main matrix material and hydrogen peroxide is used as the gas generator, starting from the conditions that affect the gas generation of hydrogen peroxide, quicklime and cement are mixed as cementitious materials, gypsum is added as a retarder, and a small amount of activator and foam stabilizer are added to prepare autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, thus effectively achieving the high-volume utilization of fly ash.The test results show that under the optimal gasification conditions such as reaction time, hydrogen peroxide concentration, catalyst addition amount, solution pH,water bath temperature, and hydrogen peroxide addition amount, the compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks is 5.2 MPa,and the dry density is 579 kg/m3,which meets the product quality requirements of strength grade A5.0 and density grade B06.
