摘要

微生物防控技术在藻华治理领域备受关注,从富营养化水体中分离筛选出一株高效溶藻菌B7,经16S rRNA鉴定,该菌株属解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens).铜绿微囊藻的初始光密度OD686为0.51,处于对数生长期的溶藻菌B7在10％接菌量条件下共培养7 d后,抑藻率可达(92.07±0.60)％.相关研究结论丰富了蓝藻水华治理领域的菌种资源,能够为完善溶藻菌抑藻技术体系提供理论指导.

Abstract

Microbial control technology has attracted much attention in the field of algae bloom management.A highly efficient algae solubilizing bacterium B7 was isolated and screened from eutrophic water bodies.After 16S rRNA identification,the strain B7 belongs to Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.The initial OD686 of Microcystis aeruginosa is 0.51.After co culturing with the logarithmic growth stage solubilizing bacterium B7 at 10％inoculation for 7 days,the algal inhibition rate can reach(92.07±0.60)％.The relevant research conclusions have enriched the bacterial resources in the field of blue-green algae bloom control,and can provide theoretical guidance for improving the technology system of algae dissolution and inhibition.
