超声提取-紫外分光光度法测定海洋沉积物中油类的研究

利用超声提取和离心分离方法替代手工振荡提取和分液漏斗洗涤分离方法提取海洋沉积物中的油类,研究最佳试验条件,并与标准方法开展比对。试验结果表明,超声提取法总体较手工振荡法回收率高10个百分点,且工作流程简单、操作方便快速,减少了提取液多次转移的误差,在提高工作效率的同时提升了分析方法的精密度和正确度。
Study on the Determination of Oils in Marine Sediments by Ultrasonic Extraction Ultraviolet Spectroscopy
Using ultrasonic extraction and centrifugal separation methods instead of manual oscillation extraction and funnel washing separation methods to extract oil from marine sediments,study the optimal experimental conditions,and compare the methods with standard methods.The experimental results show that the ultrasonic extraction method has an overall recovery rate 10 percentage points higher than the manual oscillation method,and the workflow is simple,the operation is convenient and fast,reducing the error of multiple transfers of the extraction solution,and improving the precision and accuracy of the analysis method while improving work efficiency.
