Experimental Study on Enhanced Leaching of Molybdenum Concentrate Oxide Roasted Sand by Acid Leaching Process
After oxidation roasting of molybdenum concentrate, roasted sand is obtained, which has a high molybdenum content but still contains a large amount of impurities. The experiment uses acid leaching to pretreat the oxidized roasted sand of molybdenum concentrate,in order to remove impurities in the roasted sand and increase the molybdenum content of the roasted sand.According to the experimental conditions, under the optimal process conditions, the acid leaching temperature is 80 ℃,the liquid-solid ratio is 2,the acid leaching time is 2 h,the acid addition method is one-time addition(adding sufficient nitric acid),and the final acid leaching pH is controlled at around 0.5.At this time, the copper leaching rate of molybdenum concentrate oxidized roasted sand is 98.53%,and the molybdenum leaching rate is 19.42%,and impurities such as copper and zinc are effectively removed, and molybdenum leaching is relatively low.The molybdenum content of the acid leaching residue is 55.29%,and the impurity metal content is relatively low.
