Research on the Salt Production Process of Concentrated Liquid Heating Seawater with Boiler Flue Gas
In response to the specific environment of China Huadian Bali Power Plant(referred to as Bali Power Plant),this study explores the feasibility of using high-temperature exhaust gas from boilers to heat seawater concentrate produced by seawater desalination systems for the preparation of sea salt.The research includes an analysis of the characteristics of flue gas,the properties of high-concentration seawater concentrate,and the detailed design and optimization of the sea salt extraction process.A comprehensive evaluation of the practical application of this technology at the Bali Power Plant demonstrates its applicability,economic viability,and environmental benefits.The results indicate that this process is technically feasible and offers significant economic and environmental advantages,providing a new solution for energy utilization and resource recovery at the Bali Power Plant.
