Feasibility Study on Fluoride Recycling in Potassium Feldspar Acid Leaching Process
Taking the potassium feldspar acid leaching process as the research object, the feasibility of fluoride recovery was studied, and the influence of negative pressure intervention in the potassium feldspar acid leaching process on fluoride recovery and the impact of fluoride recycling on leached potassium were analyzed. The results indicate that fluorine recovery is feasible when constant low pressure and combined processes are involved in the potassium feldspar acid leaching process.Distillation of the bottom liquid filtrate after constant volume in an environment with a system pressure of-0.06 MPa(low pressure)and a temperature of 85 ℃ for 0.5 h,and absorption with 50 mL of deionized water, resulted in fluorine recovery rates of 14.14%and 8.39%for the constant low pressure process and the combined process, respectively. The combination process has the highest potassium leaching rate and can effectively convert potassium elements into ionic states.
