超临界循环流化床锅炉掺烧RDF/SRF的可行性分析

为实现当地生活垃圾"减量化、资源化、无害化"处理,需利用某电厂已有超临界循环流化床锅炉及环保设施,采用直接掺烧方式处理垃圾衍生燃料/固体替代燃料(Refuse Derived Fuel/Solid Recovered Fuels,RDF/SRF).研究超临界循环流化床锅炉的燃烧特点、RDF/SRF的制备和特性以及掺烧技术,设计适合该电厂的掺烧工艺,并分析该方案的技术和经济性可行性.结果表明,该方案技术上可行,可以达到生活垃圾处置无害化和资源化的目的;掺烧系统(厂内)的总投资为624.90万元,当RDF到厂价为70元/t(含税)时,本项目厂内投资各项财务评价指标合理,经济性高.
Feasibility Analysis of Mixed Combustion of Coal and RDF/SRF in Supercritical Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler
To achieve the"reduction,resource utilization,and harmless"treatment of local household waste through threads,it is necessary to utilize the existing supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler and environmental protection facilities of a certain power plant,and use direct co firing to treat Refuse Derived Fuel/Solid Recovered Fuels(RDF/SRF).Research the combustion characteristics of the supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler,the preparation and characteristics of RDF/SRF,and co firing technology,design a co firing process suitable for the power plant,and analyze the technical and economic feasibility of this solution.The results indicate that the scheme is technically feasible and can achieve the goal of harmless and resourceful disposal of household waste;The total investment of the co firing system(in plant)is 6.249 million yuan.When the RDF to plant price is 70 yuan/t(including tax),the financial evaluation indicators of the in plant investment of this project are reasonable and the economy is high.
