The office of the leading group for the comprehensive implementation of the river chief system in Guangdong province,based on the"Guangdong provincial technical guidelines on River and Lake Health Assessment 2021",has formulated the"Guangdong provincial technical guidelines on river and Lake Health Assessment(revised 2023)",to provide technical guidance for the continuous assessment of river and Lake Health,and to provide basic support for ecological management and protection of rivers and lakes in the province.This treatise provides a brief introduction and optimization suggestions for the comparison of new and old technical guidelines based on the revision of technical guidelines and practical work.
