The paper evaluates the health of Baini River from four aspects:basin,water,biology,and social service functions,and analyzes specific evaluation plans.The evaluation results indicate that Baini River belongs to three types of rivers and lakes,and is in a sub healthy state.Finally,ecological restoration measures were proposed to provide reference for the ecological restoration and water environment management of the Baini River.
