Carrying out mid-term evaluation is an important means and measure to grasp the implementation of the plan.This paper takes the 14th Five-Year Ecological and Environmental Protection Plan of Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen Municipality(referred to as the Plani)as an example,objectively evaluates the progress of the mid-term implementation of the Plan,analyzes the achievement of indicators and goals,task progress,and project implementation,and puts forward the problems and challenges faced.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the Plan,further implementation suggestions are put forward,in order to give full play to the basic and leading role of the Plan and promote the continuous improvement of ecological environment quality.
