Research on the Treatment Process of Recycling Metal Coating Wastewater Resources
In the resource recovery and treatment of metal coating wastewater, organic pollutants can be effectively decomposed into harmless substances through microfiltration, coagulation, and chemical oxidation methods.By ion exchange and adsorption, heavy metal ions are removed from wastewater to ensure that it meets safe discharge standards.By using technologies such as electrolysis and solvent extraction, these metals are separated from wastewater to achieve resource reuse. The wastewater treated above can be further purified by evaporative crystallization technology to produce high-purity water.Evaporative crystallization can remove residual impurities from water and obtain pure water resources for industrial or domestic use.In the application results,The removal rates of Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD)and Biochemical Oxygen Demand(BOD)both exceed 98%,and the removal rates of heavy metal ions are also above 95%,adjust the pH value from slightly acidic to near neutral.Prove that the wastewater treatment process used in this experiment is effective and can significantly reduce the content of harmful substances in the wastewater, making it meet the relevant national discharge standards.
