Paint mist flocculant is a commonly used wastewater pretreatment agent in wet spray rooms,mainly used for pretreatment of captured paint mist to maintain smooth water circulation and minimize the impact on coating quality.To reduce costs and avoid a single supplier,a comparative test was conducted on the paint mist flocculants from two manufacturers.The comparison results show that there is no significant difference in the effectiveness of the drugs provided by the two manufacturers,and both can meet the standards of debonding level 2 and flocculation level 2,which meets the admission criteria.During use,adjustments should be made according to the actual usage of the paint to avoid a decrease in effectiveness caused by excessive or insufficient chemicals.
