摘要
自然资源与地理空间数据库作为数字政府五大基础数据库之一,已纳入湖南省大数据总枢纽统一管理.针对湖南省自然资源与地理空间数据库建设,为应对不同阶段的数据管理与应用需求,本文构建原始库、归集库、基础库三大数据库框架体系,并提出"汇、梳、定、治、管、用、新"七步走的详细数据治理技术路线,可为其他自然资源数据治理提供可复制的借鉴思路.
Abstract
As one of the five basic databases of digital government,natural resources and geospatial database has been integrated into the unified management of big data hub of Hunan Province.Aiming at the construction of natural resources and geospatial database in Hunan Province,in order to cope with the data management and application requirements at different stages,this paper builds three major database framework systems of original library,centralized library and basic library,and proposes a detailed data governance technical route of seven steps,such as remittance,combing,fixing,governing,management,use and new,which can provide replicable reference ideas for other natural resources data governance.
