摘要

某烧结烟气治理项目主抽风机出口烟道及冷凝器烟道于运行期间出现了不同程度的间歇性振动.引起这些振动的原因错综复杂,根据系统运行情况及烟气流场的调查分析结果对系统设备及生产工艺实施整改,实现了振动状况消除并保障了烧结烟气治理系统的正常运行,使烧结产量达到了设计值,可为类似项目提供参考.

Abstract

In the operation of a sintering flue gas treatment project,the outlet flue of the main extraction fan and the condenser flue appear different degrees of intermittent vibration,and the causes of these vibrations were complex.Based on the investigation and analysis results of the system operation and smoke flow field,the system equipment and production process were rectified to eliminate the vibration condition and ensure the normal operation of the sintering flue gas treatment system.The sintering yield has reached the design value,which provides reference for similar projects.
