Design of Leachate Treatment Process for Solid Waste Comprehensive Treatment Center
Taking the leachate treatment station of a solid waste comprehensive treatment center in the south as an example,analyze the design process of leachate treatment technology in the solid waste comprehensive treatment center.Adopting the process route of"pretreatment system+anaerobic system+external Membrane Bio-Reactor(MBR)system+nanofiltration system+reverse osmosis system",the treated effluent meets the standards and is reused as supplementary water for internal plant road sprinkling and circulating cooling system,effectively reducing the transportation and disposal costs of leachate.By introducing the technical route,system composition,workshop layout,and technical and economic indicators of this project,it provides reference for the design of other similar projects.
