发达国家垃圾分类政策实施的经验与启示

摘要
党的十八大以来,我国高度重视绿色可持续发展,并把生态文明建设放在治国理政的突出位置.垃圾分类作为生态文明建设的重要环节和关键领域,关系到绿色可持续发展,关系到人们的身心健康.为更好地推进我国垃圾分类政策实施,基于我国居民垃圾分类政策实施的现实情况,梳理归纳日本、美国、德国、韩国有关居民垃圾分类政策的有益做法和成功经验,据此提出我国垃圾分类的政策思考.
Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,China has attached great importance to green and sustainable development,and placed ecological civilization construction in a prominent position in governance.As an important link and key field of ecological civilization construction,waste sorting is related to green sustainable development and people's physical and mental health.For better driving the efforts of waste sorting policies,this paper summarizes the successful experience and beneficial practices of waste sorting policies in Japan,the United States,Germany,South Korea on basis of the reality of waste sorting in China.Finally,some suggestions are put forward.
