生活垃圾焚烧飞灰处置技术与资源化利用途径综述

焚烧是目前城市生活垃圾处理最主要的方式,但产生的飞灰含有过量的重金属、二噁英和氯盐等有毒有害成分,被认定为危险废物。主要论述飞灰的形成及来源、理化性质、污染特性和危害,总结飞灰固化/稳定化、水热处理、低温热处理、高温烧结、高温熔融以及等离子熔融等处置技术,并分析各类技术的优缺点和应用情况。同时,介绍飞灰用于制备水泥、陶粒、混凝土拌合料、玻璃、沸石和地聚合物等资源化利用途径,综述飞灰处置技术及资源化利用途径的现状和存在的问题,并展望了未来的发展方向。
Summary of Disposal Technology and Resource Utilization Approaches of Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Fly Ash
Incineration is currently the most dominant method of municipal waste treatment,but the fly ash generated by the process contains excessive amounts of toxic and hazardous components such as heavy metals,dioxins and chlorine salts,and is recognized as hazardous waste.It mainly discusses the formation and source of fly ash,physical and chemical properties,pollution characteristics and hazards,summarizes the disposal technologies such as fly ash curing/stabilization,hydrothermal treatment,low-temperature thermal treatment,high-temperature sintering,high-temperature melting,and plasma melting,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each type of technology and its application.At the same time,it introduces the resource utilization of fly ash for the preparation of cement,ceramic granules,concrete mix,glass,zeolite and geopolymer,summarizes the current situation and problems of fly ash disposal technology and resource utilization,and looks forward to the direction of future development.
