基于镀锌涂层的铁塔表面防护技术研究进展

随着网络通信需求的逐年增长,提高通信铁塔钢结构的使用寿命势在必行。这就需要深入研究铁塔钢结构的防腐方法,增强其防腐能力。目前,铁塔防腐涂层主要采用镀锌涂层。镀锌涂层制备技术主要有4种,即热镀锌、冷镀锌、热镀锌+有机涂层、冷镀锌+有机涂层。基于此,综述镀锌涂层制备技术的研究现状,以增强涂层耐蚀性、耐候性、耐盐雾性、附着能力和机械性能,确保铁塔表面得到良好防护。
Research Progress on Surface Protection Technology of Iron Towers Based on Galvanized Coating
With the increasing demand for network communication year by year,it is imperative to improve the service life of communication tower steel structures.This requires in-depth research on the anti-corrosion methods of iron tower steel structures to enhance their anti-corrosion capabilities.At present,the anti-corrosion coating for iron towers mainly adopts galvanized coating.There are four main techniques for preparing galvanized coatings,namely hot-dip galvanizing,cold-dip galvanizing,hot-dip galvanizing+organic coating,and cold-dip galvanizing+organic coating.Based on this,the current research status of galvanized coating preparation technology is summarized to enhance the corrosion resistance,weather resistance,salt spray resistance,adhesion ability,and mechanical properties of the coating,ensuring that the surface of the iron tower is well protected.
