道路扬尘形成机制复杂,直接影响空气质量,进而威胁人体健康。咸阳高新技术产业开发区是国家火炬计划特色产业基地,新兴主导产业已初具规模,目前,影响区域空气质量的主要因素为道路颗粒物。为了精准施策,减少道路扬尘的危害,采用道路积尘负荷走航监测系统,找出区域道路扬尘高值路段,提出区域道路扬尘治理措施。研究结果表明,综合施策是治理城市道路积尘的有效途径。总体来说,要坚持源头控制为主,强化过程控制和末端治理;应用智能化技术,提高道路积尘治理效率;加强宣传教育,引导公众广泛参与;强化政策引导,完善激励机制。
Study on Monitoring and Control of Dust on Urban Roads
The mechanism of road dust formation is complex,directly affecting air quality and posing a threat to human health.Xianyang High-tech Industrial Development Zone is a characteristic industrial base of the National Torch Plan,and emerging leading industries have begun to take shape,currently,the main factor affecting regional air quality is road particulate matter.In order to implement precise measures and reduce the harm of road dust,a road dust load monitoring system is adopted to identify high-value road dust sections and propose measures for regional road dust control.The research results indicate that comprehensive measures are an effective way to control urban road dust.Overall,it is necessary to adhere to the principle of source control,strengthen process control and end of pipe treatment;apply intelligent technology to improve the efficiency of road dust control;strengthen publicity and education,and guide the public to participate widely;strengthen policy guidance and improve incentive mechanisms.
