铝型材企业土壤污染隐患排查案例分析

摘要
作为土壤污染重点监管单位,铝型材企业应建立土壤和地下水污染隐患排查制度,定期开展土壤污染隐患排查,并采取有效措施,防止有毒有害物质渗漏、流失和扬散.以某铝型材企业为例,分析生产所需的原辅材料和产排污环节,排查土壤污染隐患,并对重点区域进行土壤及地下水自行监测,提出整改方案,为同类企业的隐患排查提供参考.
Abstract
As a key regulatory unit for soil pollution,aluminum profile enterprises should establish a system for investigating soil and groundwater pollution hazards,regularly conduct soil pollution hazard investigation,and take effective measures to prevent the leakage,loss,and dispersion of toxic and harmful substances.Taking a certain aluminum profile enterprise as an example,the raw and auxiliary materials required for production and the production and discharge links are analyzed,the soil pollution hazards are investigated,the self-monitoring of soil and groundwater is conducted in key areas,and the rectification plans are proposed,so as to provide reference for hazard investigation of similar enterprises.
