在全球可持续发展理念日益深入的背景下,产品设计领域正经历着重大变革。聚焦于可持续材料在产品设计中的应用,探讨其研究现状、发展趋势及面临的挑战,并剖析可持续材料在产品设计中的创新应用及其影响因素。研究发现,生物基材料、可回收材料和智能材料是目前可持续材料研究的 3 个主要方向。然而,材料性能、经济可行性、政策支持和社会认知等因素仍然制约着可持续材料的广泛应用。基于研究结果,提出一系列促进可持续材料在产品设计中应用的策略,涵盖技术创新、设计方法、政策法规和教育培训等多个维度。这项研究不仅为产品设计领域的可持续转型提供了理论依据,而且为相关政策制定和企业实践提供了有价值的指导。
Sustainable Materials Research and Development in Product Design
In the context of the increasingly deepening global concept of sustainable development,the field of product design is undergoing significant changes.Focusing on the application of sustainable materials in product design,this article explores their research status,development trends,and challenges,and analyzes the innovative applications and influencing factors of sustainable materials in product design.Research has found that bio based materials,recyclable materials,and smart materials are currently the three main directions of sustainable material research.However,factors such as material properties,economic feasibility,policy support,and social awareness still constrain the widespread application of sustainable materials.Based on the research results,a series of strategies have been proposed to promote the application of sustainable materials in product design,covering multiple dimensions such as technological innovation,design methods,policies and regulations,and education and training.This study not only provides a theoretical basis for sustainable transformation in the field of product design,but also provides valuable guidance for relevant policy formulation and corporate practice.
