广东省整体清洁生产审核路径研究

摘要
《"十四五"全国清洁生产推行方案》提出要探索清洁生产区域协同推进模式,改进清洁生产推行手段和方法,形成审核创新试点典型案例.基于此,梳理广东省清洁生产工作的推进情况和遇到的问题,并提出相关的工作建议.结合广东省目前清洁生产工作的推进情况,建议在石化化工、建材、印染、造纸、电镀、包装印刷、工业涂装等重点领域,进一步开展行业、园区、集群、区域流域审核创新试点,避免审核过程简单复制和资源重复投入.
Abstract
The"14th Five Year Plan for National Clean Production Promotion"proposes to explore the coordinated promotion mode of clean production in different regions,improve the means and methods of promoting clean production,and form typical cases of innovative pilot projects for review.Based on this,summarize the progress and problems encountered in promoting clean production in Guangdong province,and propose relevant work suggestions.Based on the current progress of clean production work in Guangdong province,it is recommended to further carry out innovative pilot projects for industry,park,cluster,and regional basin audits in key areas such as petrochemicals,building materials,printing and dyeing,papermaking,electroplating,packaging and printing,and industrial coating,in order to avoid simple replication of the audit process and repeated investment of resources.
