摘要
在全球化背景下,生态环境退化和资源过度消耗已成为制约社会经济可持续发展的瓶颈,区域生态环境承受着前所未有的压力.提出一套基于生态足迹的区域生态环境管理咨询服务模式,旨在量化和管理区域的生态负荷,促进资源的合理利用和生态环境的持续改善,为实现绿色低碳发展和生态文明建设提供有力支持.
Abstract
In the context of globalization,the degradation of ecological environment and the excessive consumption of resources have become the bottlenecks restricting the sustainable development of social economy,and the regional ecological environment is under unprecedented pressure.This study proposes a set of regional ecological environmental management consulting service strategies based on ecological footprint analysis,aiming at quantifying and managing regional ecological load,promoting rational use of resources and continuous improvement of ecological environment,and providing strong support for the realization of green and low-carbon development and ecological civilization construction.
