摘要
公共机构开展节能工作,不仅是加强自身建设、降低运行成本、树立良好社会形象的必然要求,更是深入贯彻落实科学发展观、加快建设资源节约型社会的重要举措.为实现节能降碳新目标,分析节能降碳的紧迫性及公共机构在节能降碳工作中的作用,并提出实现节能降碳的路径.
Abstract
Carrying out energy-saving work in public institutions is not only a necessary requirement for strengthening their own construction,reducing operating costs,and establishing a good social image,but also an important measure to deeply implement the scientific outlook on development and accelerate the construction of a resource-saving society.To achieve the new goal of energy conservation and carbon reduction,analyze the urgency of energy conservation and carbon reduction,the role of public institutions in energy conservation and carbon reduction work,and propose a path to achieve energy conservation and carbon reduction.
