海绵城市建设在城市水环境综合整治中的运用分析

摘要
为探析海绵城市建设对城市水环境综合整治的应用效果,通过分析海绵城市建设概念及技术方法,并借鉴国内外成功实例,论述海绵城市建设对改善城市水环境质量,推动生态可持续发展的促进作用.该研究通过文献综述、案例分析以及实地考察,梳理海绵城市建设技术路线及管理策略.结果发现,海绵城市建设能够有效地降低雨水径流、提高水资源利用率和城市水环境质量.同时,海绵城市建设面临着技术实施及管理上的难题,需要强化政策引导和公众参与.
Abstract
To explore the application effect of sponge city construction on the comprehensive improvement of urban water environment,this paper analyzes the concept and technical methods of sponge city construction,and draws on successful examples at home and abroad to discuss the promoting role of sponge city construction in improving urban water environment quality and promoting ecological sustainable development.This study summarizes the technical roadmap and management strategies for sponge city construction through literature review,case analysis,and field investigation.It was found that the construction of sponge cities can effectively reduce rainwater runoff,improve water resource utilization efficiency,and enhance urban water environment quality.At the same time,the construction of sponge cities faces technical implementation and management challenges,requiring strengthened policy guidance and public participation.
