农村生活污水处理设施提标改造实践探讨

摘要
以上海市金山区为例,系统阐述农村生活污水处理设施提标改造的原则和主要改造方式,从施工期污水临时处理管控、废弃处理站拆除风险管控、施工质量安全风险管控 3 个方面分析施工重难点,提出合理选择污水处理模式、充分考虑污水资源化利用、加强设施养护管理等建议.
Abstract
Taking Jinshan district,Shanghai city as an example,this paper systematically elaborates on the principles and main renovation methods for upgrading rural domestic sewage treatment facilities.It analyzes the critical difficulties in construction from three aspects:temporary sewage treatment and control during the construction period,risk control for the demolition of abandoned treatment stations,and control of construction quality and safety risks.Furthermore,suggestions are proposed,including the rational selection of sewage treatment modes,full consideration of sewage resource utilization,and enforcement of facility maintenance and management.
