Simultaneous Determination of Five Pesticides in Drinking Water by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
An ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method is developed for the simultaneous determination of five pesticides in drinking water. The samples are filtered by polyvinylidene fluoride filter membrane and directly fed into the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer for analysis. The results show that the five pesticides have good linear relationship in the mass concentration range of 0.10~50.0 μg/L,the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.995,the detection limit is 0.03~0.09 μg/L,and the spiked recovery rate is 98.7%~115.0%,the relative standard deviation of repeated determination of actual drinking water samples is 1.3%~15.9%.This method has the advantages of simple sample processing and high sensitivity, and is suitable for the simultaneous and rapid detection of simetryne,thiophanate-methyl,acephate,metalaxyl,and isoprothiolane in drinking water.
