Effect of Turbidity on the Accuracy of the Total Phosphorus Test in Surface Water
To improve the accuracy of surface water total phosphorus detection data, several surface water pretreatment methods are compared, and the effects of different pretreatment methods on total phosphorus test are compared,as well as the impact of filtered water sample digestion residue on test results. The results show that the turbidity of the water sample is less than 200 NTU,and the error of total phosphorus test after natural sedimentation and centrifugation pretreatment is within 20%.When the turbidity is more than 300 NTU,neither natural sedimentation nor centrifugation could effectively remove turbidity interference;the turbidity of the water sample is less than 200 NTU,and filtering the residue of the digestion solution can control the interference error within 20%.
