Deep Processing and Purification Experiment of Kaolin in the Longgushan Unit Rock Mass of the Early Cretaceous(Yanshanian)in the Central Jiangxi Province
Kaolin is formed by weathering aluminum silicate minerals such as feldspar and ordinary pyroxene, and its main component is kaolinite,it has a wide range of uses.In the experiment, taking the kaolin from the Longgushan unit rock mass of the Early Cretaceous(Yanshanian)in the Central Jiangxi Province as the research object, deep processing and purification are carried out by using mineral processing techniques such as slurry pounding, spiral classification, hydraulic cyclone classification, grinding, flotation, magnetic separation, whitening, and acid leaching to obtain kaolin,high-purity quartz sand, feldspar, mica and other products that can meet industrial utilization, thus promoting the development and utilization of kaolin.
