提出基于计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)的转炉冶炼过程二次烟气除尘优化设计方案,即通过优化排烟罩、除尘器、管道系统及风机,引入轻量化材料与智能监控技术,对除尘结构进行精细化设计.同时,构建包含几何模型、湍流模型、两相流模型及精确边界条件的数值模拟体系,全面模拟除尘系统性能.结果表明,优化设计方案能显著提升除尘效率,具有应用价值.
Optimization Research of Secondary Flue Gas Dust Removal in Converter Smelting Process Based on CFD
The optimal design of secondary flue gas dust removal in converter smelting process based on computational fluid dynamics is proposed.By optimizing the exhaust hood,dust collector,filter bag,pipeline system and fan,introducing lightweight materials and intelligent monitoring technology,the dust removal structure is finely designed.At the same time,a numerical simulation system including geometric models,turbulence models,two-phase flow models,and precise boundary conditions is constructed to comprehensively simulate the performance of dust removal systems.The result showes that the optimized design scheme can significantly improve the dust removal efficiency,which has practical value.
