Exploration and Reflection on the Reform of"Land Use List System"for Engineering Construction Projects in Jinan City
In order to continuously optimize the business environment,strengthen the guarantee of land elements,and promote the early landing of projects,Jinan city has taken the lead in implementing the"land use list system"for engineering construction projects in Shandong province since 2021,exploring the establishment of a new land management model of"unified application and approval,unified information platform,unified list content,and unified achievement transfer".This model solves the problems of multiple departments,multiple issues,and long cycles involved in project land approval,and has been promoted throughout the province.Based on this,the specific practice of"land use list system"for engineering construction projects in Jinan city in-depth study,and further optimize the reform measures are put forward.
