Research on Slagging Treatment Methods During Hazardous Waste Incineration Process
The problem of coking and blockage in the flue during hazardous waste incineration not only poses risks to the operation of hazardous waste incineration disposal enterprises,but also increases additional operating costs.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically analyze the causes of coking and adopt practical and effective control measures.Based on the actual operation of the hazardous waste incineration line,explore solutions to the problem of coking and blockage in the flue of the hazardous waste incineration system.Research has shown that the coking phenomenon at the outlet of the secondary combustion chamber can be improved by injecting heavy MgO and Al2O3 agents,and the coking condition of the waste heat boiler can be improved by injecting an appropriate amount of hydrated lime powder.
