摘要
凹版印刷企业受产品质量、油墨工艺、生产效率等各方面因素影响,无法全部使用水性油墨,必然会使用溶剂型油墨.凹版印刷线溶剂型油墨(含稀释剂)使用量大,挥发性有机物含量高,其排放的有机废气主要含有乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、异丙醇、甲苯及二甲苯等.鉴于此,通过调研我国某经济发达地区的凹版印刷公司A,分析其凹版印刷有机废气产生水平、具体的废气处理措施及效果,为其他凹版印刷企业开展有机废气处理工作提供参考.
Abstract
Intaglio printing enterprises are affected by various factors such as product quality,ink technology,and production efficiency,and cannot use water-based inks in all cases,thus they must use solvent-based inks.The solvent-based inks(including thinners)used in intaglio printing lines have a large consumption volume and high volatile organic compound content,and the organic waste gases emitted mainly contain ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,isopropanol,toluene,and xylene.In view of this,based on the investigation of intaglio printing company A in an economically developed area of China,this paper analyzes the pollution level of the organic waste gases emitted from the intaglio printing,specific waste gas treatment measures and effects,in order to provide reference for other intaglio printing enterprises to carry out organic waste gas treatment work.
