With the acceleration of urbanization process,the production of domestic waste has increased significantly,which brings great pressure to the urban environment.The traditional way of garbage disposal has been difficult to deal with the increasingly serious environmental problems,so garbage classification has become an important measure.Through the classified disposal of garbage,we can effectively reduce the pollution of garbage to the environment,and improve the efficiency of resource recovery and utilization.However,the promotion and implementation of garbage classification still face many challenges,especially in terms of residents'acceptance and policy implementation.Based on this,this paper discusses how to promote the effective implementation of waste classification in cities through management and policy guidance at the community level,and to provide reference for the future waste classification policy.
