Analysis of Environmental Risk Impact and Risk Prevention Strategies in the Surface Treatment Industry for Aluminum Profiles
A large amount of hazardous chemicals are used in the surface treatment process of aluminum profiles.If hazardous chemicals are temporarily stored or used improperly in the factory area,they are prone to leakage,fire,and even explosion accidents.The pollutants or secondary pollutants generated by accidents may cause environmental pollution.Taking a certain aluminum profile surface treatment enterprise S as an example,environmental risk accident identification is carried out,and then a prediction model is used to predict atmospheric environmental risks.Based on the prediction results,reasonable environmental risk prevention and emergency measures is proposed.The feasibility of the measures is verified according to the operation of the enterprise,aiming to provide scientific basis for environmental risk management in the aluminum profile surface treatment industry.
