摘要
水库作为我国重要的水利工程,具有泄洪、防洪和兴利等作用.然而,水库大多选址于生态环境错综复杂的地区,其运营管理面临前所未有的挑战,尤其是如何平衡水库运行与生态保护的关系,已成为亟待解决的问题.当前,在水库运行管理与生态环境保护方面存在生物多样性受到威胁、水库污染物处理难度大、污水治理重点不明确等,建议采取加强生物多样性保护、提高污染物处理水平、明确污水治理重点等措施,提升水库运行管理效率,改善生态环境保护效果.
Abstract
As an important water conservancy project in China,reservoirs have functions such as flood discharge,flood control,and utilization.However,most reservoirs are located in areas with complex ecological environments,and their operation and management face unprecedented challenges,especially how to balance the relationship between reservoir operation and ecological protection,which has become an urgent problem to be solved.At present,in the aspects of reservoir operation and management and ecological environmental protection,biodiversity is threatened,the treatment of pollutants in reservoirs is difficult,and the priorities of sewage treatment are unclear.It is recommended to take measures to strengthen biodiversity protection,improve the level of pollutant treatment,and clarify the priorities of sewage treatment,so as to enhance the efficiency of reservoir operation and management and improve the effect of ecological environmental protection.
