Analysis of Cross Seasonal Thermal Storage of Industrial Waste Heat in Rock and Soil
There is a large amount of low-grade waste heat that has not been fully utilized in China's industrial production, resulting in resource waste and environmental pollution. At the same time, northern China has long been plagued by problems such as insufficient winter heating, high heating energy consumption, and heavy pollution. If industrial waste heat is stored across seasons and used for building heating in winter,it can reduce heating energy consumption and pollution in northern China.Shallow rock and soil can serve as thermal storage media, and industrial waste heat is stored in the rock and soil through vertical buried pipes for heat exchange.During the heating season, heat pumps are used to raise the temperature and provide heating for buildings. The key issues of cross seasonal heat storage of industrial waste heat in rock and soil are analyzed, the dual U-shaped pipe heat storage and release model are designed, and the heat storage and release are calculated to ensure a balance between heat storage and release, thus guiding subsequent engineering construction, arranging underground pipes reasonably, and achieving centralized heating.
