本文对纤维素基填料增强热塑性复合材料制备过程中的填料改性技术、成形工艺、实际应用的国内外研究进展进行了综述,介绍了改性方法和制备工艺对纤维素基填料增强聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)可降解复合材料性能的影响,探讨了纤维素基填料的化学改性和添加偶联剂对复合材料性能的影响,并结合实际应用情况,进一步对纤维素基PBS复合材料制备技术的发展趋势进行了展望.
Research Progress in the Preparation of PBS Degradable Composites with Cellulose-based Fillers
In this paper,the research progresses in the preparation of cellulose-based filler reinforced thermoplastic composites at home and abroad in terms of filler modification technology,molding process and practical application of the composites were reviewed.The article intro-duced modification methods and preparation processes that affected the properties of cellulose-based filler reinforced PBS degradable composites.The effects of chemical modification of cellulose-based filler and the addition of coupling agents on the modification performance of composite ma-terials were discussed,and the development trend of preparation technology of cellulose-based PBS composite materials was further prospected.
