Preparation of Water-based Acrylic Resin Adhesive and Research on Strengthening Properties for the Special Energetic Paper-based Materials
Water-based acrylic resin binder was synthesized by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization with butyl acrylate,methyl methacry-late,acrylamide,and acrylic acid as monomers,glycidyl methacrylate,and N,N'-methylene diacrylamideas as functional monomers.The results showed that the average particle size of the emulsion was 172.7 nm,the viscosity was 14.9 mPa·s,and the emulsion could exist stably at 100 ℃ when the dosage of glycidyl methacrylate was 11.2%.The contact angle and mechanical properties test results revealed that the stress of the spe-cial energetic paper-based material was increased from 15.24 MPa to 33.06 MPa,and the contact was increased from 108.3°to 113.3° by using water-based acylic resin binder(GMA content was 11.2%).
