Case Analysis of Fluid Vibration Fault Diagnosis in Pressure Screen
Pressure screen is a very important equipment in the pulping and papermaking process,responsible for precise screening of the pulp to ensure that the equipment is not damaged by foreign objects in the pulp.This paper provided a brief explanation of the working prin-ciple and typical faults of the pressure screen,with a focus on analyzing and discussing the fluid induced vibration faults of the pressure screen.This article provided a detailed explanation of the way to diagnose fluid vibration faults in pressure screens through on-site condi-tions,data analysis,and other information.Through actual on-site diagnostic case,the specific application of this fault diagnosis was ex-plained.
