Progress on the Applications of Paper-based Functional Packaging Materials in Food Field
Paper-based functional materials with low-cost and eco-friendly properties have been attracting more and more attention in food packaging field,however,there are still some problems during their application processes.Herein,this paper made a comprehensive review on the progress of these materials,gave a brief introduction on their practicability,and made prediction on their development tend for food packaging in terms of hydrophobic,oleophobic,antibacterial and intelligent detection.This review provided a theoretical basis for the devel-opment of paper-based functional packing coating materials in food field.
