摘要

在轻工行业转型升级和高质量发展背景下,培养"创新能力突出、知识体系广博、工程素养深厚"的一流轻工人才是推动行业转型发展的重要任务.针对轻工人才培养存在的问题和挑战,陕西科技大学联合兄弟院校和行业企业创建了教学联合体,以数字化赋能教研形态,经过多年探索与实践形成了"跨越时空"的人才培养新体系,打造了"互补共享"的教研教学新形态,构建了"多维协同"的工程能力培养新机制,形成了一流轻工人才培养模式,全面提升轻工人才培养质量.本文介绍了陕西科技大学轻化工程专业教学联合体在轻工一流人才培养模式探索的举措和成效.

Abstract

For Under the background of transformation,upgrading,and high-quality development in the light industry,cultivating top-tier talent with strong innovation capabilities,extensive knowledge,and deep engineering proficiency is crucial for propelling the industry's evo-lution and growth.In collaboration with partner schools and industry enterprises,Shaanxi University of Science and Technology has created a teaching consortium to address the challenges in cultivating light industry talent.After years of practice,they have developed a new"time-space transcending"talent cultivation system by integrating digital tools into educational research.This system incorporates a"complementa-ry and shared"educational strategy and a"multi-dimensional collaborative"framework to develop engineering competencies,pioneering a mode for educating leading professionals in the light industry.This paper presents the methods and outcomes of developing premier talent cultivation modes at Shaanxi University of Science & Technology and the teaching association.
