酸性低共熔溶剂用于木质素提取的研究进展

本文首先基于酸性低共熔溶剂(ADESs)中氢键受体和氢键供体的多样性,总结了普通ADESs、Lewis-ADESs和Brønsted-ADESs在木质纤维生物质预处理过程中的特点,并归纳了ADESs在木质素提取和增值利用领域的研究进展.然后,针对国内外多种ADESs提取木质素的评价方法进行综述,如DFT理论、Kamlet-Taft参数、核磁共振技术(NMR)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等,探讨了各评价方法的机理及应用情况.最后,从ADESs对木质素结构及木质素溶剂化过程影响的角度,对未来高效和可持续的木质素提取与木质素增值利用进行展望,以期为相关领域的研究提供一定的参考.
Research Progress on Acidic Deep Eutectic Solvents for Lignin Extraction
In this paper,based on the diversity of hydrogen bond acceptors,and hydrogen bond donors in acidic low-eutectic solvents (ADESs),the characteristics of common ADESs,Lewis-ADESs and Brønsted-ADESs in the pretreatment process of lignocellulosic fiber biomass were summarized and the research progress in the field of lignin extraction,and value-added utilization were studied. Then,the valuation methods of DFT theory,Kamlet-Taft parameters,nuclear magnetic resonance technique (NMR),and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) for lignin extraction by ADESs at home and abroad were reviewed,the mechanism and application of each evaluation method were discussed. Finally,the future efficient and sustainable lignin extraction,and value-added lignin utilization were envisioned,from the perspective of the effects of ADESs on the lignin struc-ture as well as the lignin solvation process,with a view to providing certain references for the research in related fields.
