南荻水热液化耦合酶解联产多种纤维糖

为充分提高南荻的原料利用率,本研究设计了一种水热液化耦合纤维素酶解法联产制备木糖、低聚木糖、阿拉伯糖和葡萄糖的方法,并分别使用响应面法和正交实验法对水热液化条件和酶解条件进行了优化.结果表明,水热反应温度为190℃,反应时间为10 min时,半纤维素的糖化效率为59.38%,木糖、阿拉伯糖和低聚木糖得率分别为15.53%、7.97%和52.58%;酶解残渣过程中,在纤维素酶添加量为30 FPU/g,Tween-80添加量为8%时,纤维素酶解成葡萄糖的效率最高达45.02%;经两步处理,南荻生物质总糖化效率为50.12%.
Hydrothermal Liquefaction Enzymolysis Coupling Technology for the Saccharification of Miscanthus Lutarioriparius Biomass
To enhance the feedstock utilization rate of miscanthus lutarioriparius biomass,a hydrothermal liquefaction-surfactants enzymolysis cou-pling technology was designed to prepare xylooligosaccharides and other saccharides in this study. The reaction conditions were optimized using the response surface test and orthogonal experiments. During hydrothermal liquefaction stage,the highest saccharification efficiency could reach 59.38% under the conditions of 190 ℃,10 min. Maximum yield of xylooligosaccharides,arabinose,and xylose were 15.53%,7.97%,and 52.58%,respectively. During the enzymatic hydrolysis stage,the highest efficiency of saccharification was 45.02% under the conditions of 30 FPU/g of cellulase and 8% of Tween-80. Treated by the two-stage reaction,the whole saccharification rate could reach 50.12% at maximum.
