摘要
转运RNA(tRNA)是蛋白质翻译的衔接分子,tRNA衍生片段(tRNA-derived fragments,tRFs)有5种类型:tRF-1、tRF-2、tRF-3、tRF-5及i-tRF(中间体tRF),tRFs在众多恶性肿瘤中呈异常表达,且与患者预后不良相关.此外,tRFs通过调节细胞周期和参与癌症转移机制影响肿瘤细胞的生物学进程,展现出成为肿瘤预后标志物的潜力,深入研究tRFs在恶性肿瘤中的作用机制有助于肿瘤早期诊断和靶向治疗.本文综述了tRFs参与的生物过程、在不同肿瘤中作用机制及当前临床研究中的新进展,为后续tRFs研究提供新的见解.
Abstract
Transfer RNA(tRNA)is a interface molecule in protein translation,and tRNA-derived fragments(tRFs)come in five types:tRF-1,tRF-2,tRF-3,tRF-5,and i-tRF(intermediate tRF).tRFs are abnormally expressed in numerous malignant tumors and are associated with poor prognosis in patients.Additionally,tRFs influence the biological process of tumor cells by regulating the cell cycle and participating in cancer metastasis mechanisms,demonstrating the potential to serve as tumor prognostic markers.A deeper investigation into the mechanisms of tRFs in malignant tumors could aid in early diagnosis and targeted therapy of tumors.This article reviews the biological processes involved with tRFs,their mechanisms of action in different tumors,and recent advancements in clin-ical research,providing new insights for subsequent tRF studies.
