摘要
目的 探索多组织对照在HE染色和特殊染色质控中的应用.方法 使用本科室构建的多组织对照体系,作为染色质控品应用于HE染色及常用的特殊染色项目.结果 多组织对照可用于每日HE染色质量预检测.HE染色优良时(试剂新鲜)细胞核蓝色鲜艳、胞质红色明亮,背景干净;染色不良时(试剂陈旧),细胞核细胞质的染色变暗,结肠的上皮组织细胞间隙变得灰蓝不透亮;多组织对照使用在日常特殊染色,可对改良Gomori染色、Masson染色、PAS染色、AB染色、改良Weigert染色、Hexamine silver染色等多种特殊染色项目进行染色质控.结论 多组织对照使用在常规HE染色及部分特殊染色项目,可在同一染色中提供多种组织的阳性对照及阴性对照,使检测结果更准确、更稳定,取得满意染色质控效果,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of multi-tissue control in quality control of HE staining and special staining.Methods The multi-tissue control system constructed in our department was used as staining quality control for HE staining and common special staining projects.Results Multi-tissue control can be used for daily quality pre-detection of HE staining.When HE staining was excellent(the reagent was fresh),the nucleus was bright blue,the cytoplasm was bright red,and the background was clean.When the staining is poor(the reagent is old),the staining of the nucleus and cytoplasm becomes dark,and the intercellular space of the epithelial tissue of the colon becomes gray-blue and opaque.Multi-tissue control can be used in daily special staining,which can control the staining quality of a variety of special staining items such as modified Gomori staining,Masson staining,PAS staining,AB staining,modified Weigert staining,and hexamine silver staining.Conclusion The use of multiple tissue controls in routine HE staining and some special staining projects can provide positive and negative controls of multiple tissues in the same staining,which makes the test results more accurate and more stable,and achieves satisfactory staining quality control effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
