摘要

以我校2022级临床医学4个班为研究对象,对血液章节应用"混合式教学".利用CBL案例教学进行翻转课堂,采用雨课堂组织教学,使用弹幕和投稿进行"知识众筹",通过随机点名提高学生的参与度,应用过程性考核和问卷调查,分析"混合式教学"模式在组织学中的教学效果.调查问卷结果显示学生对"混合式教学"模式普遍满意."混合式教学"能激发学生学习兴趣,有助于培养自主学习意识与能力,加深对知识的理解与运用,促进基础理论与临床和科研实践的融合;并能促进师生互动,同时也提高教师教学水平.雨课堂可以提高学生的参与度,在大班型授课中,智慧教学工具是"混合式教学"顺利实施的重要保证.本研究为在大班型授课中实施"混合式教学"提供参考.

Abstract

Using the four classes of the students who enrolled in the clinical medicine program in the 2022 academic year at our university as the research subjects,"blended learning"was applied to the Blood chapter.This included utilizing CBL case teaching for flipped classrooms,organizing instruction through the Rain Classroom platform,employing bullet comments and submissions for"knowledge crowdsourcing",enhancing student participation through random roll calls,and applying formative assessment and surveys to analyze the teaching effects of the"blended learning"model in histology.Survey results indicate that students are gener-ally satisfied with the"blended learning"model."Blended learning"can stimulate students'interest in learning,help cultivate their self-learning awareness and abilities,deepen their understanding and application of knowledge,and promote the integration of basic theory with clinical and research practices;it also enhances teacher-student interaction and improves teaching quality.Rain Classroom can increase student engagement,and in large class settings,smart educational tools are crucial for the successful implementation of"blended learning".This study provides a reference for implementing"blended learning"in large class settings.
