摘要

目的 探索改善网状纤维染色背景深、银颗粒沉积等问题的方法.方法 本研究对常用滴染方法进行优化,形成模拟浸染法,并将两种方法下得到的染色结果进行比较及问题分析.结果 网状纤维模拟浸染法在降低染色背景、提高清晰度、减少银颗粒沉积方面效果均优于滴染方法.结论 网状纤维模拟浸染法可以极大程度提高网状纤维的染色质量.

Abstract

Objective To explore methods to improve issues such as deep background staining and silver particle deposition in reticular fiber staining.Methods This study optimized the commonly used drop staining method to develop a simulated immersion staining method.The staining results obtained by the two methods were compared and analyzed.Results The simulated immersion staining method for reticular fibers was superior to the drop staining method in terms of reducing staining background,improving clarity,and decreasing silver particle deposition.Conclusion The simulated immersion staining method can significantly improve the quality of reticular fiber staining.
